The AminoChain research registry

FOR PARTICIPANTS

FOR RESEARCH PARTNERS

Explore your health. Advance research.

Explore your health. Advance research.

No one else has your health journey. That is exactly why it matters. The way your condition flares, responds, and settles is yours alone. The AminoChain registry is a longitudinal biobank: it links your samples, health records, and check-ins over time, so researchers can study how disease and treatment actually unfold rather than a single snapshot. The Participant Portal is how you take part, keep track of your own health, and see what the research finds.

What you get

Built for life between visits

Built for life between visits

Most of your condition happens outside the clinic. The app is where you keep track of it, so your care team and researchers see the whole picture.

Health journal

A quick check-in on how you feel, what you took, and what you did. Over weeks it becomes a picture of your condition you can bring to your next appointment.

Health profile

Your diagnosis, treatments, and connected medical records in one place, so you never have to retell your history from the beginning.

Rewards

Points for everything you do in the app, from registering, to answering a survey, to donating a sample. Redeem them for gift cards whenever you like.

See your impact

Follow your sample from receipt to research

Follow your sample from receipt to research

Your sample never disappears into a freezer. You get a notification when it arrives, and updates as the study moves forward.

01 Sample received

Your sample arrives at our lab and is logged to your record. You get a notification the same day.

02 Quality control

We check the sample is sound before it goes any further.

03 Ready for research

Your sample is linked to your record and made available to approved studies.

04 Updates in the app

Study updates as they happen, and the points you earned along the way.

What comes back to you

Research you can see

Research you can see

Taking part should not be a one-way street. As studies progress, what we learn comes back to the people who made it possible.

Health reports

A personal summary of your check-ins and surveys over time, ready to share with your care team.

Data from your samples

The data types generated from what you donated, and insights from your sequencing data where the study returns them.

Where you sit in the cohort

Aggregated statistics on people with your condition, and how your own picture compares.

Publications

The papers and findings your contributions were part of, in plain language.

And more. What comes back grows with the registry. Each study spells out what you will receive before you consent.

How it works
